I received a message from Tim McKenna with the following change in North PD.
The police departments that were on North PD 12 (460.2875) were
combined onto North PD 10 on November 19th, and now that channel covers
all police from Harrison Township down to Verona in the Allegheny Valley
area. The old North PD 12 is now known as Allegheny Valley Public
Safety, and is an ops channels for fire/EMS/police to use as needed.
